Source-validation rule

Every load-bearing claim must satisfy one of:

1. Cite an SEC accession number, URL, paper DOI, or other primary source.
2. Carry an explicit confidence flag: ✓ verified primary, ◐ partial / secondary, or ⚠ unverified / speculative.

Speculation is partitioned into clearly labeled sections. The Stage-3 customer-identity speculation file is the canonical example.

Update cadence

The site rebuilds daily at 5:30 PM ET (post-close). Each rebuild auto-generates a "what changed today" diff against yesterday's snapshot, posted to the homepage and to the Events changelog feed. Major events (10-Q, AGM, 8-Ks) get dedicated event-post entries.
